Getting Started Checklist
Use this page with the in-app Getting Started checklist and Help / Guides workflows. Each section explains what the item is for, where to go in the app, and which FAQ page to use when you need more detail.
Complete Gym Profile
App location: Manage Gym -> Settings
Add the gym phone number, address, timezone, and public contact details. These details appear in member-facing areas such as invoices, signup, and messages, so complete them before inviting members.

Upload Gym Logo
App location: Manage Gym -> Settings
Upload a square PNG or JPG logo. The logo helps the member portal and email experience feel like your gym, not a generic booking tool.

Set Up Credit Card Processing
App location: Manage Gym -> Settings -> Payment Processing
Connect Stripe or Clover before relying on automatic card billing. Cash and complimentary memberships can still be used for setup and testing.

Configure Booking Hours
App location: Manage Gym -> Settings -> Gym Booking Hours
Set the opening and closing times that should be available for booking. If trainers also do paid work that is not tied to a member, add non-training session types so that admin time, maintenance, setup time, or rental floor time can be tracked on the calendar.

Review Platform Billing
App location: Manage Gym -> Billing
Review the Easy Fitness Booking subscription status, trial end date, payment method, and platform invoice history. This is separate from the payment processor your gym uses to charge members.

Create A Membership Type
App location: Manage Gym -> Memberships
Create the package before assigning it to a member. Decide whether it is personal training or class-based, one-time or recurring, and whether credits are granted weekly or as a simple package.
For fixed-weekly plans, choose monthly billing on the signup date, the 1st, the 15th, or another fixed day, then set weekly credits.

Upload A Document Or Waiver
App location: Manage Gym -> Documents
Add waivers, membership agreements, health forms, or policy documents that members need to sign. Required documents can block booking until the member completes them.

Create A Member
App location: Users
Create a pending member first when you want to test the workflow. A pending member can receive a membership, appear on schedules, and help you test invoices before sending real invitations.

Book A PT Session
App location: Calendar -> Personal Training
Use the PT calendar to create availability or book a member directly into a trainer's schedule. The booking consumes an eligible credit and links the session back to the invoice that funded it.

Set Up Classes
App location: Classes
Create class types first, then build weekly templates or create individual class sessions. Keep class type names practical because staff and members will see them repeatedly.

Create A Class And Add Members
App location: Calendar -> Classes
Create the class session from the class calendar, then manage attendance and roster actions from the session. Member class credits are consumed when they are enrolled.

Share Your Gym Link

Use your gym signup link when you are ready for members to create their own accounts. Test your membership types, documents, and payment setup first so the signup flow feels complete.
