Manage Platform Billing
Platform billing is the subscription your gym pays for Easy Fitness Booking. It is separate from member billing.
Member payments use the payment provider you configure for your gym, such as Stripe or Clover. Platform billing is handled by Easy Fitness Booking for the app subscription itself.
1. Open Subscription & Billing
Go to Manage Gym -> Billing.
This area is for owner-level subscription management. It shows whether the gym is on trial, active, past due, or inactive.
2. Review Trial or Subscription Status
The status panel shows:
- Subscription status
- Monthly subscription amount
- Trial end date, if the gym is still trialing
- Next billing date, once the subscription is active
- Last billed date, when available
If the subscription becomes past due, the page shows a warning so the owner can update the payment method before service is interrupted.
3. Add or Update the Payment Method
Use Add Payment Method or Update in the Payment Method section.
This card is used for the Easy Fitness Booking subscription. It is not the same as a member's payment method and does not change how members pay your gym.
4. Review Platform Invoice History
The Invoice History section shows platform subscription invoices for the gym. This is useful for owner accounting and for confirming when the app subscription was billed.
