If you've had these conversations, you know the pain. Traditional gym software treats credits as an afterthought. Just a number to increment and decrement. When disputes happen, you're stuck manually reconciling spreadsheets and hoping you can piece together what went wrong.

Every Credit is Tracked
In Easy Fitness Booking, credits aren't just a number. Every single credit knows:
- Where it came from — Which invoice, which purchase, what price
- When it's valid — The exact week or period it can be used
- What happened to it — Used, expired, refunded, or still available
When a member asks "what happened to my credits?" you can show them. Not a guess. Not a reconstruction. The actual history.
Predictable Timing
One of the biggest headaches with PT memberships is timing. When do credits refresh? When does billing happen? When do things expire?
We solved this with two key decisions:
Weekly credits follow Sunday-Saturday. Every member, every package, every situation. Your member knows their 3 weekly sessions reset on Sunday. Your staff knows it too. No more "well, it depends on when they signed up."
Monthly billing happens on dates you choose. Pick the 1st of the month, 15th of the month, or signup anniversary. Whatever fits your business. Members on a plan all bill together (or separately if you prefer). Predictable for them, predictable for you.
Complete Transparency
Every invoice includes a full activity log:

[PAID 2025-01-01] Payment successful via card ending 4242.
[CREDITS GRANTED 2025-01-01] 3 credits for week of Jan 5-11.

[PAUSED 2025-01-15] Membership paused. 2 sessions cancelled, 1 credit returned.
When something happens, good or bad, it's documented. No more "he said, she said." The data tells the story.
Flexibility When Life Happens
Members travel. They get injured. They need breaks. Our system handles it:
- Pause memberships and credits are preserved, extended automatically when they resume
- Multiple cancellation policies so you can handle emergencies differently than standard cancellations
- 24-hour session rules that protect your trainers while being fair to members
- Override options when the standard policy shouldn't apply
You're not locked into rigid rules that create awkward situations with good members.
