Calendar Views

Trainer Calendar

Trainers see their personal schedule with:

  • Confirmed sessions
  • Pending booking requests
  • Blocked time
  • Available slots

Gym-Wide View

Gym owners and admins can view:

  • All trainers' schedules
  • Gym-wide availability
  • Session utilization

Booking Sessions

For Members

Members can book sessions by:

  1. Viewing available time slots
  2. Selecting a preferred trainer (optional)
  3. Choosing date and time
  4. Submitting the booking request

For Staff

Staff can book on behalf of members:

  1. Navigate to the calendar
  2. Select the member
  3. Choose the trainer and time
  4. Confirm the booking

Managing Availability

Setting Working Hours

Trainers can define:

  • Regular working hours
  • Days off
  • Recurring availability patterns

Blocking Time

To block time for meetings, breaks, or time off:

  1. Click on the calendar
  2. Select Block Time
  3. Choose single or recurring
  4. Add a note (optional)

Session Status

Sessions can have different statuses:
