Booking Sessions

How do I book a session?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the Calendar
  3. Find an available slot
  4. Click to book
  5. Confirm your booking

Why can't I see available times?

Possible reasons:

  • The trainer hasn't set their availability
  • All slots are fully booked
  • You don't have remaining sessions in your package
  • The calendar is showing a different date/week

Can I choose my trainer?

This depends on your gym's setup. Some gyms allow trainer selection, while others assign trainers automatically.

How far in advance can I book?

Booking windows are set by your gym. Check with them for their specific booking policy.

What if no times work for me?

Contact your gym directly. They may be able to:

  • Add additional availability
  • Suggest alternative trainers
  • Arrange special scheduling

Managing Bookings

How do I cancel a booking?

  1. Go to your upcoming sessions
  2. Find the session you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel
  4. Confirm the cancellation
Cancellation Policies

Your gym may have cancellation deadlines (e.g., 24 hours notice). Late cancellations may count as used sessions.

Can I reschedule a session?

To reschedule:

  1. Cancel your current booking
  2. Book a new time slot

Some gyms may offer direct rescheduling - check with yours.

What if I'm running late?

Contact your trainer or gym as soon as possible. They'll let you know if the session can continue or needs to be rescheduled.

What happens if I miss a session?

No-show policies vary by gym. Typically, missed sessions without notice may count as used sessions.

How do I see my upcoming sessions?

Your upcoming sessions appear on:

  • Your dashboard
  • The Calendar view
  • Email confirmations/reminders

Can I sync with my personal calendar?

Check if your gym has enabled calendar sync. This allows you to add sessions to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.

Why did my booking disappear?

Possible reasons:

  • It was cancelled (by you or the trainer)
  • The session already occurred
  • There was a scheduling conflict

Contact your gym if you believe there's an error.

Trainers & Sessions

Can I request a specific trainer?

Contact your gym about trainer preferences. Availability may vary.

What if my trainer is sick?

Your gym will typically:

  • Notify you of the cancellation
  • Offer to reschedule
  • May offer a substitute trainer

How long are sessions?

Session length depends on your package and gym policies. Common durations are 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
