Login & Access

How do I log in?

  1. Go to your gym's Easy Fitness Booking URL
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "Sign In"

I forgot my password

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset instructions
  5. Create a new password

Why am I locked out?

Account lockouts can occur after multiple failed login attempts. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the password reset option.

Can I stay logged in?

Session length depends on your gym's security settings. For security, sessions typically expire after a period of inactivity.

Profile & Settings

How do I update my profile?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to your Profile
  3. Click "Edit" or the edit icon
  4. Update your information
  5. Save changes

What profile information can I change?

Typically you can update:

  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Emergency contacts
  • Communication preferences

Your email address and name may require admin assistance to change.

How do I change my password?

  1. Go to your Profile settings
  2. Find "Change Password" or "Security"
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Save

Can I change my email address?

Contact your gym administrator to change your email address.

I received an invitation but it expired

Contact your gym to request a new invitation link.

What documents do I need to complete?

During first-time setup, you may need to complete:

  • Emergency contact forms

The setup process is stuck. What do I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear your browser cache

Security

Is my account secure?

Yes, Easy Fitness Booking uses:

  • Session management
  • Account lockout protection

Someone else is accessing my account

Immediately:

  1. Change your password
  2. Contact your gym
  3. Review your account activity

How do I delete my account?

I'm not receiving emails

Multiple Gyms

Can I have accounts at multiple gyms?

Each gym has its own Easy Fitness Booking instance. You would have separate accounts for each gym.

Can I transfer my account to another gym?

Accounts are gym-specific and typically cannot be transferred.
