Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Easy Fitness Booking uses Stripe for payment processing, which accepts:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported)
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on Easy Fitness Booking servers.
How do I update my payment method?
Contact your gym administrator to update your payment information, or use the self-service option in your account settings if available.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, receipts are automatically sent via email after each purchase.
Memberships & Packages
How do I purchase a PT package?
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Memberships
- Select a package
- Complete payment
If online purchases aren't available, contact your gym directly.
Do my sessions expire?
Session expiration depends on your gym's policies and the package you purchased. Check your membership details for expiration dates.
Can I transfer my sessions to someone else?
Session transfers are at your gym's discretion. Contact your gym to ask about their transfer policy.
What happens to unused sessions?
Unused sessions typically expire based on your package terms. Check with your gym about their policy on unused sessions.
Refunds & Cancellations
Can I get a refund?

How do I cancel my membership?
Contact your gym administrator to cancel your membership. Cancellation terms depend on your membership agreement.
What if I was charged incorrectly?
Contact your gym immediately. They can review the charge and issue corrections if needed.

Are there hidden fees?
Easy Fitness Booking doesn't add hidden fees. All pricing is determined by your gym.

How do I view my purchase history?
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to your profile
- Select "Membership" or "Payment History"
Can I get an invoice for my employer?
Contact your gym for invoices. They can provide documentation for expense reimbursement.
