Getting Started for Gym Owners

This guide walks you through setting up your gym on Easy Fitness Booking.

Initial Setup

1. Create Your Gym Account

When you sign up as a gym owner, you'll create your gym profile with:

  • Gym name and contact information
  • Business address
  • Operating hours
  • Timezone settings

Setting the correct timezone ensures all bookings display correctly for your staff and members.

2. Configure Membership Types

Set up the personal training packages you'll offer to members:

  • Define package names and descriptions
  • Set the number of sessions included
  • Configure pricing
  • Set session expiration rules

3. Add Your Staff

Invite trainers and staff members to join your gym:

  1. Navigate to User Management
  2. Click Add User
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Assign appropriate roles
